2. Promoter

3. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the USA & Canada, as of their entry date.
Employees of Cohorted, related promotional partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Period
Opening Date: Start 29th July 2025.
Closing Date: 5 October 2025 (entries received after this date will be invalid).
5. How to Enter
Entry methods will be clearly described on the promotion page (e.g. form submission, social media action, email sign-up).
Only one entry per individual/email address unless otherwise stated. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified. All winners will be emailed by the 5th October 2025.
6. Prizes
There will be fifty (50) winners. Each winner will receive one Cohorted Beauty Box, as per prize description on the competition page.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 calendar days following the closing date.
All fifty winners will be notified by email by 12 October 2025 (i.e. within one week of closing).
Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of notification. Failure to respond allows the Promoter to reallocate the prize to an alternate winner.
8. Publicity & Data Use
Winners may be featured in promotional marketing unless they explicitly opt out before the prize is awarded.
Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Top Subscription Boxes Privacy Policy and the stipulations set out within their General Terms
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cohorted excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss, prize delivery failures, or damage.
10. Variation & Termination
Top Subscription Boxes reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if it becomes compromised (fraud, technical issues, external events), as allowed under their General Terms.
11. Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes.
